Create an Energy Saving Booklet - Homework
Aim:
To work out how much your household spends on energy and aim to produce a booklet to present to your parents on how they could save energy in order to reduce global warming and reduce their bills.
Objectives:
- Design a questionnaire to ask your parents, in order to find out how much they spend on electricity and/ or gas. You should include questions in your questionnaire to find out what energy saving they are doing already.
- Research ways of saving energy using as many different resources of information as possible (internet, books, leaflets etc.)
- Write up your findings in the form of a booklet focusing on the areas where and how your parents could save energy.
- Use pictures, diagrams and plans/ maps to illustrate your writing.
